our customer representatives will be glad to help you. By Fax: You can also fax
us your orders at 01924 527318. By Post: You can post your orders to

West Yorkshire. Post Code: WF12 9QJ, UK. For Fax and Postal orders please send
us your cheque or card details such as card number, expiry date and the last
three digits on the signature panel.
Q. How do I make payments?
A. Our Online store accepts all major credit cards. You can also pay by
personal cheque. If you are shopping from outside UK, place your order and your
credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.
Q. What is your delivery schedule? How long does it take to deliver?
A. All goods are delivered via the Royal Mail with their standard parcel post
service or Parcelforce and usually delivered to your address within 3 to 5
working days. If you would prefer next day delivery by courier service than
this can be arranged, please e-mail us for our current prices for this service.
Q. What are you Shipping and Handling charges?
A. Delivery is free within Mainland U.K. Outside Mainland U.K. a delivery
charge of £6.99 is applicable(Retail Purchase).In case of Wholesalers its fixed
8.99 shipping cost within UK Mainland and 14.99 for outside UK If you are
